At Noma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
